One drawback of the existing horizontal boiling dryer is that the bag-type dust remover is built in. The workers enter the machine for cleaning many times, which has potential safety hazards, increases energy consumption, and seriously affects the production efficiency. Up to now, Changzhou Pinzheng's new horizontal boiling dryer has advantages that other enterprise products do not have: First, in order to avoid maintenance of the drying equipment, it solves the problem that the original manufacturer needs to clean the drying bed frequently, and the whole set of equipment can clean the WWR, especially the toxic and odorous products produced by pesticide manufacturers can also be exempted from cleaning, so as to ensure the health of workers; Second, it is easy to operate, with low labor intensity, and the feeding and discharging can be carried out automatically. The air shutter is used for automatic and continuous discharging. Multiple adjustable air distribution inlet pipes are made under the fluidized bed layer, which can well regulate the air volume of each section of the bed layer, ensure the boiling effect of the material, and is conducive to the full use of heat, thus improving the drying efficiency of the system; A wide settling section is designed to reduce the wind speed in this section, and a stepless speed regulating fan is used to freely control the wind speed, so as to ensure that under the premise of sufficient drying of materials, only powder can be brought into the external dust collector by a certain flow of induced air, and most particles can remain in the fluidized bed to continue drying, to meet the final moisture requirements, and to ensure that most of the materials are particles after drying; Fourth, the drying time is short and the thermal efficiency is high. The wet material enters from one end of the bed, contacts with the hot air extensively, and is fluidized by the hot air. After boiling for dozens of seconds or minutes, the drying can be completed, and automatically flows out from the other end of the bed; The fifth is to control the temperature automatically, such as the inlet temperature of 120 ℃ to 140 ℃ and the outlet temperature of 40 ℃ to 80 ℃, so as to control the output and meet the requirements of modern continuous production.
