In order to better solve the drying problem of chicken essence, we have improved the traditional chicken essence production line, integrating mixing, granulation, drying, screening and packaging. In the first step of designing the fluidized bed, the drying with low temperature and large air volume is selected. The key is to reduce the water content of the chicken essence surface and the viscosity of the chicken essence surface.
The next step is to dry the chicken essence by stroke, which can further reduce the water content on the surface of chicken essence. The third step is to use conventional air for cooling, so that chicken essence can stay in the fluidized bed for enough time and further dry. The fourth step is mainly to use strong wind cooling. The key of this step is to provide convenience for the direct packaging of chicken essence after screening powder particles.
