After many experiments, the manufacturer has improved the traditional drying process and changed it into five links: mixing, granulation, drying, screening and packaging. In the first step of designing the fluidized bed, the drying with low temperature and large air volume is selected, which can reduce the water content of the chicken essence surface and reduce the viscosity of the chicken essence surface. The second step uses stroke to dry, which can further reduce the water content on the surface of chicken essence. The third step is to use conventional air for cooling, so that chicken essence can stay enough in the fluidized bed for further drying. The fourth step is to use strong wind cooling, which mainly provides convenience for the later packaging.
