The chicken essence production line consists of a mixer, a wet granulator, a continuous motion dryer, a grading screen and other parts. The material enters the machine from the feed inlet. Under the action of the vibration force, the material is thrown horizontally and moves forward continuously. The hot air passes upward through the fluidized bed and the wet material for heat exchange. In order to make the chicken essence meet the process requirements for chicken essence at different stages in the production process, The opening rate of the fluidized bed, the opening direction and the fan type need to be standardized to improve the drying effect of chicken essence. After dust removal by cyclone separator, wet air is discharged from the outlet, and dry materials are discharged from the outlet.
