Product Overview
This unit is a device that can complete drying and granulation at the same time. According to the process requirements, the pressure, flow and orifice size of the feed pump can be adjusted to obtain the required spherical particles in a certain proportion.
The working process of the unit is that the feed liquid is injected through the high pressure of the diaphragm pump to spray out the atomized liquid droplets, and then flows down in parallel with the hot air. Most of the powder particles are collected by the discharge port at the bottom of the tower. The waste gas and its tiny powder are separated by the cyclone separator. The exhaust gas is discharged by the exhaust fan. The powder is collected by the pollinator at the lower end of the cyclone separator. The fan outlet can also be equipped with a secondary dust removal device, with a recovery rate of more than 96 - 98%.
The tower body, pipeline and separator of the unit in contact with materials are made of SUS304. There is sufficient moisture layer between the inside of the tower and the shell. The filling material is superfine glass wool. The tower is equipped with observation door, mirror, light source and control instrument, which are controlled and displayed by the electric control console.

Product features
1. The drying speed is fast, and the surface area of the material liquid after atomization is greatly increased. In the hot air flow, 95% - 98% of the water can be evaporated instantly, and the time to complete the drying is only ten to ten seconds, especially suitable for the drying of heat-sensitive materials.
2. All products are spherical particles with uniform particle size, good fluidity, good solubility, high purity and good quality.
3. It can be used in a wide range. According to the characteristics of materials, it can be dried with hot air or granulated with cold air, which has strong adaptability to materials.
4. The operation is simple and stable, the control is convenient, and it is easy to realize automatic operation.

Model selection example: It is required that the processing flow extract quantity I=120kg (solid content is 30%) and the seed quantity II=60kg in each batch. The theoretical finished product quantity M=mI+mII=120kg x 30%+60kg=96kg can be obtained from I and II, and the working time T=120kg/30kg/h=4h. The boiling quantity can be found in the technical parameter column as the standard load range, so it is more appropriate to select PGL-30 type for completing two batches in each shift.
