The main components of the rotary granulator include: air cooling system, material pressing system, water cooling system, air sealing system, electrical system, granulating system, discharge system, granulating system, frame, etc., as follows:
1. Air cooling system: the material internal measurement and air cooling technology of the rotary granulator can achieve good air cooling effect, effectively reduce the discharge temperature and prevent material agglomeration. The air outlet is uniform and the air volume is adjustable.
2. Material pressing system: independent frequency control; It is equipped with a press tool and a press tool holder (the connection between the blade and the tool holder adopts stepless adjustment, and there are various combinations. Combined with speed control, different feed speeds and pressures can be achieved. The press drive system adopts European and American technology, which is reliable and stable.
3. Water cooling system: labyrinth forced water cooling technology of rotary granulator can increase the cooling area, achieve good water cooling effect and effectively reduce the discharge temperature. There are two water cooling points: 1. feed drum 2. granulation bottom plate. The system can be equipped with water circulation to save water resources.
4. Gas seal system: the pressure of the gas seal is controlled by the pressure and then the filter is adjusted. The gas seal is located at the joint of the granulation bottom plate and the granulation shaft, effectively preventing internal feeding.
5. Electrical system: core components are Schneider and domestic; It can be selected according to user needs.
6. Pelleting system: independent variable frequency speed granulator; It is equipped with a granulating blade and a granulating tool holder. The connection between the blade and the tool holder adopts a hierarchical adjustment method, which is convenient and accurate. The screen is installed with clamping design, which is convenient for disassembly and reliable for use.
