1、 System structure

2、 Composition of automatic batching system
1) Control part: the upper computer adopts industrial control microcomputer, and Mitsubishi or Siemens series PLC communication module, switch input and output module, manual/automatic control switch, manual control button and indicator light are installed in the integrated control cabinet for easy operation;
2) Software part: customized according to the basic requirements of the batching system and the actual needs of users;

3、 Workflow of automatic batching system
The weighing hopper is equipped with a weighing sensor and connected to the industrial computer. The system is designed to manually check the zero position of each set of weighing hopper during shutdown, and monitor whether the zero position of weighing hopper is normal; The automatic zero check during the continuous batching operation can correct the zero position change of the weighing hopper and ensure the measurement accuracy.
After the operator clicks the start of the batching operation process, the PLC controls the pneumatic valve and screw for feeding the first material to open. The material is slowly added into the weighing hopper. The computer monitors the signal transmitted by the weighing and measuring sensor in real time and compares it with the target value set by the formula. When the set target value of the formula is reached, the PLC control output is disconnected, and the pneumatic valve and screw for feeding the first material are closed, After stabilization, measure the total weight of the weighing hopper and the added material, and use this value as the zero position before the second material is added. Then start the feeding process of the second material, and repeat it to the second, third,... until all materials are fed.
When the feeding process is completed and all preset feeding conditions are met, the feeding process begins. The pneumatic valve for discharging is opened, and the mixture flows out naturally under the action of gravity. The system monitors the signal transmitted by the weighing hopper metering sensor in real time. When the total weight of the weighing hopper is detected to return to the initial zero position, the discharging valve is closed, and the discharging process is completed and the mixing process is entered. The operator can preset the starting sequence of each feeding. The system can record the tank number in the transportation, the actual feeding amount of each raw material, the deviation from the set target value of the formula, the starting and ending time of feeding and the feeding time, as well as the starting and ending time of discharging and other operation data. Through the upper computer application program, the original data and statistical reports of the system operation can be queried and printed.
4、 System control
