Structure and working principle

1. The main structure of WF-30B series crusher is composed of feeding part crushing system, sorting system, material collection and dust removal and induced air system. The main driving device is composed of crushing box, feeding hopper, moving knife, gear ring grading and screening. The material collection is composed of pipes, cyclone separators, closing barrels or closing air units. The dust removal includes cloth bags, suction fans, etc.

2. Working principle: there is a multi-tooth blade inside the crushing chamber, and the outer ring has a reverse tooth ring gear corresponding to the power. When the material enters the crushing chamber through the feeding hopper and the feeding port, the power operates at high speed under the action of the driving source, and the material shears and collides in the fixed cutter to achieve the purpose of long fiber dimension crushing. At the rear of the crushing chamber is the screening part. During the crushing process, the crushed materials in the crushing chamber move to the screening for screening due to the action of the induced draft fan. The fine materials can pass through the screen with the air flow, and the coarse materials are driven back to the crushing chamber for re-crushing. The screened material enters the cyclone separator through the pipeline for collection, and the residual dust enters the bag filter for the second collection.
