Overview of printing and dyeing sludge dryer project

  Printing and dyeing wastewater has high concentration and chroma of organic matter and complex components, which are usually treated by physical, chemical and biological methods. Printing and dyeing sludge is a by-product of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment. It is an extremely complex heterogeneous body composed of organic debris, bacteria, inorganic particles, colloid, etc. If it is discharged directly without treatment, it may cause greater pollution to the environment. However, sludge drying treatment can completely and rapidly reduce the volume and volume, and is expected to become the mainstream technology of printing and dyeing sludge treatment in the future.

  In view of the relevant characteristics of printing and dyeing sludge, our company has developed KJG series hollow paddle dryer and efficient tail gas treatment device. After practical application by many customers, sufficient use data has proved that the equipment can fully meet the drying requirements of printing and dyeing sludge, and the whole machine runs stably, evenly mixed, with high thermal efficiency, good drying effect, low energy consumption and low operating costs.

  The system includes heating system, feeding and discharging system, drying system and tail gas treatment system.

Working principle of printing and dyeing sludge dryer

  The heat transfer surface of the hollow paddle dryer consists of blades, mixing shaft, wall surface, etc., and the heat transfer area of the blades accounts for a large part, so the equipment has a compact structure and a large heat transfer area per unit volume. In addition, stirring and mixing make the sludge turn violently, thus obtaining a high heat transfer coefficient. Therefore, the floor area and space are very small, saving the capital construction cost of the plant. The drying process has less gas consumption, low flow rate and less dust taken away by the gas. Therefore, it is convenient to recover the gas dust after drying, and the volume of the recovery equipment is small, which can save equipment investment.

  The core of the paddle dryer is two hollow shafts and hollow mixing blades welded on the shaft. The blade is a wedge-shaped hollow semicircle, which can be fed with heating medium. In addition to stirring, it is also the heat transfer body of the equipment. The two main heat transfer sides of the blade form an inclined plane. Therefore, when the material contacts the inclined plane, the particles will slide away from the inclined plane quickly with the rotation of the blade, so that the heat transfer surface is constantly updated and the heat transfer is strengthened. A scraper is arranged at the triangular bottom of the blade to scrape up the material deposited at the bottom of the shell to prevent the dead angle.
