(1) The production capacity of rice dryer should be developed towards large-scale. In the future, it is necessary to develop equipment with a processing capacity of 20-30 tons per hour.
(2) The equipment designed to reduce the high moisture grain to the safety standard at one time requires a reduction of more than 10%. For this reason, there are two ways: one is to adopt the combined drying method, that is, combine the drying units of more than two drying methods into a new drying process, for example, preheat the wet grain with a high-temperature fast fluidization dryer, and then dry it with a rotary drum dryer at a lower temperature. From the current development of rice drying technology in the world, this is a trend. The second is to design a high-efficiency rice flash dryer.
(3) Applying measurement and control technology to realize the development of drying process towards automation or semi-automation.
(4) It can rapidly treat large quantities of high-moisture rice at high temperature.
(5) The indirect high-efficiency energy-saving rice dryer is still the main direction in the research of using coal as the energy source. At the same time, we should also explore new energy rice dryer, such as microwave energy, solar energy, etc.
(6) Rural rice dryers should be developed in the direction of small size and multi-function, requiring convenient movement, simple operation, low investment and guaranteed rice drying quality.
