The working principle of this type of vibrating fluidized bed: the material enters the machine from the feed inlet. Under the action of the vibration force, the material is thrown forward in the horizontal direction and moves continuously. The hot air passes through the fluidized bed upward to exchange heat with the wet material. The wet air recovers the material through the water film dust removal, and the dry material is discharged from the discharge outlet.
Characteristics of vibrating fluidized bed
1、The material is evenly heated, the heat exchange is sufficient, the drying intensity is high, and the energy saving is about 30% compared with the ordinary dryer.
2、The vibration source is driven by a vibration motor, which features stable operation, convenient maintenance, low noise and long service life.
3、The fluidization is stable without dead angle and blowthrough.
4、Good adjustability and wide application.
5、It has little damage to the surface of the material and can be used for drying fragile materials. When the material particles are irregular, it will not affect the working effect.
6、The fully enclosed structure effectively prevents cross contamination between materials and air, and the working environment is clean.
