Product Overview
Boiling dryer, also known as fluidized bed, has been used and improved for 30 years. At present, it plays an increasingly important role in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and grain processing. It is composed of air filter, boiling bed host, cyclone separator, bag dust collector, high pressure centrifugal fan and operating platform. Due to the different properties of drying materials, the matching of dust removal equipment can be carried out as required, and cyclone separator and bag dust collector can be selected at the same time. You can also choose one of them. Generally speaking, only cyclone separator is needed for materials with large specific gravity. Materials with light specific gravity shall be equipped with bag-type dust remover and pneumatic feeding device. The equipment has two operation modes: continuous type and intermittent type.
Working principle
The clean hot air is distributed into the bed through the valve plate, and the wet material entering from the feeder is boiled by the hot air. Due to the extensive contact between hot air and materials, the process of heat and mass transfer is increased, so it can be dried in a short time. If the continuous type is used, the material enters from one end of the bed, and flows out from the other end of the bed automatically after boiling and drying for tens of seconds to several minutes. This equipment is generally operated under negative pressure.
Product use
Drying of pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials, food, grain processing and feed. For example, drying and dehumidification of raw materials, tablet granules, traditional Chinese medicine granules, health food, beverage granules, corn germ, feed, plastic resin, citric acid and other powdery and granular materials. The particle size of applicable materials is generally 0.1-6mm, and the recommended particle size is 0.5-3mm.
