How does the chicken essence production line work?

  The chicken essence production line adopts the method of integrating the destruction, mixing, granulation, drying, cooling, screening and flavoring sections, with clear functions, organic combination and unified work to achieve the process flow work. Crushing, mixing, granulation and drying are some processes of chicken essence production. The relevant chicken essence equipment is the main equipment, but includes a variety of auxiliary equipment such as screening, packaging, heating and transmission. After the particle material is dried, it needs to be screened to separate particles with uniform size as commodity packaging. Generally speaking, the three-outlet vibrating square screen is selected for screening. This equipment has both cooling and screening functions. The size of the upper and lower sieves is determined by the size of granulation, generally including the number of granulation mesh.

  In the production and manufacturing of chicken essence, most of them will be united, and reprocessing will waste too much. Now the whole particle machine solves this problem, and the united material will get the granular material immediately after entering the whole particle machine, but it will also produce a part of powder.

  Drying medium circulation system: the blower, heater and inlet pipe are made of stainless steel to prevent the product from being polluted by dirty air. The fast open structure is selected between the upper and lower beds of the drying body, which changes the traditional structure of bolt fixed connection and makes it very convenient to thoroughly clean the system. The hole type of the paving bed is a combined structure. The tongue shaped hole is selected at the front section to make the material move forward smoothly. The straight hole is selected at the middle and rear end without leakage. The hot air penetration rate is high and the heat exchange during drying is sufficient.

  The bed of chicken essence production equipment is supported by stainless steel seamless steel pipe, which makes the bed structure more solid and has a long service life. The inner part of the lower bed is made of stainless steel with full welding to prevent the sewage from entering the insulation layer during cleaning, thus affecting the product quality. In addition, it is also equipped with a finishing port to facilitate the cleaning of equipment. The system is also equipped with a destruction unit with a sweep, a high-speed mixer, a material transfer and transportation unit, and a screening and flavoring integrated unit.

  The central part of chicken essence production line: drying system. Select the method of stage heating, select the high pressure and low air volume blower in the pre-drying stage, and select the low pressure and high air volume blower in the drying stage where the wet chicken essence particles are fully fluidized. The high air volume blower is selected in the cooling stage where there is much water per unit time and the drying is uniform, which can quickly take away the heat and reduce the product temperature.

  Packaging is divided into mechanical packaging and manual packaging. Generally, small-scale production only requires manual packaging. You can also use the packaging machine after manually packaging and waiting for market feedback.

  The heating system can be divided into steam heating, electric heating, heat transfer oil heating, and fuel/coal-fired hot blast furnace heating.

  The transmission equipment must be comprehensively designed according to the conditions of the production site. Generally, straight line supply mode and oblique line supply mode are adopted.
