The chicken essence production line includes grinding, mixing, granulating, drying, screening, seasoning and other steps. We produce condiments. 1. Integrated grinding production line is adopted for essence (chicken essence, mushroom essence, seafood essence). Mixing, granulation, drying, cooling, sieving. In the seasoning part, these two features are different, but they can be combined when coordinating operations. And streamline process can be realized.
2. The core part of the production line is the drying system. Sectional heating design, high pressure fan and low air volume fan are used in the pre-drying section, so that more water in chicken essence can be completely fluidized and granulated. The drying part adopts low pressure and high wind turbine, which can extract more water per unit time. The drying is uniform, and the cooling section adopts a large-capacity blower, which can quickly remove heat, reduce product temperature, meet the requirements of humidity control, and facilitate subsequent packaging technology.
3. The drying medium circulation system includes blowers, heaters and stainless steel air pipes to avoid unclean air pollution.
4. The main engine adopts the quick-opening structure instead of the traditional bolt connection structure, which greatly facilitates the cleaning of the system.
5. The mesh belt adopts a combined structure, and the front section adopts a semicircular hole. The material can move forward without leakage. Straight hole at the rear end, higher heat conduction and more sufficient heat exchange.
6. The lower part of the dryer is supported by stainless steel seamless pipe, which makes the bed structure more solid and has a longer service life.
7. Stainless steel welding is used inside the machine to prevent dirty sewage from entering the insulation layer. So as to improve product quality, and there is a cleaning hole for cleaning equipment.
8. The system is also equipped with grinding machine, high-speed mixer, material conveying device, seasoning device, etc.
