Step

  The chicken essence production line mainly consists of the following steps: crushing, mixing, granulation, drying, cooling, screening and packaging.

  1. Crush sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate and other raw materials into fine powder.

  2. Mix chicken essence, sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate, dextrin and other additives evenly.

  3. Banded particles can be obtained by extruding and granulating.

  4. Transfer the banded wet particles to the dryer for drying.

  5. Cool the dried ribbon particles.

  6. Use a sieve to screen particles of different sizes.

  7. Packaging.

Application
