Although the belt dryer is currently a relatively efficient and energy-saving dryer, there will be failures in actual operation. What we do is to find out the cause of the failure to eliminate it and let the belt dryer serve us. Therefore, when customers purchase belt dryer, they should pay attention to the configuration of the dryer. The selection of the filter on the belt dryer should be compatible with the tooth channel and aperture of the dryer. Generally, the mesh diameter of the filter selected is 0.2 times of the inlet channel or aperture of the dryer. What are the common faults of belt dryer in use? How to solve it? How to carry out maintenance? Now let me introduce some points to you:
1. Before starting the machine, check the air supply triplet, drain the water and ensure sufficient oil level.
2. Ensure that the dryer equipment is well grounded, and the temperature instrument on the equipment should be calibrated.
3. Check and maintain the parts, such as adding lubricating oil to the bearing, adjusting the pulley, checking and fixing the electrical circuit, rocker arm of the door, pipe connection, etc.
4. The raw material fire fault may be caused by the design of the dryer equipment, or the fire in the dryer caused by the raw material not being sucked away. In addition, it may also be caused by human factors, such as forced heating of too small dryer in order to achieve drying effect and causing fire. At this time, replace and transform the dryer equipment, check whether the dryer is installed correctly, whether there is air leakage or increase the air pressure, etc. Use the dryer correctly and increase the temperature of the dryer carefully to avoid fire.
5. The problem that raw materials cannot be dried at one time is mainly caused by the small size of the dryer or improper use of the dryer. In addition, incorrect calculation of air pressure and flow of the air network will also lead to such failure. The drying equipment can be replaced or modified again, or the manufacturer can be required to recalculate the wind pressure, flow and other change schemes. If it is caused by improper operation, the operator shall operate correctly in strict accordance with the instructions.
6. Ensure that the fixing bolts of the base are not loose, the support spring is properly connected, and the control of the computer board, the wind wheel, and the heat exchanger have good flexibility.
7. Keep the equipment clean, wipe the equipment every day, and clean the lint in the dust collection box to ensure ventilation. Open the rear box cover regularly to clean the inside of the equipment.
